Insulation tossed through glassless windows pile up outside houses on the 7400 Granville Street Block. The houses are being torn down to make way for a new multiple dwelling townhouse development. It is not unusual to see houses come down within a week of being gutted but these have been sitting empty for several weeks. There is a STOP WORK IMMEDIATELY sign posted which might account for the delay.
